The Clay Center Redevelopment Authority (CRA), Clay Center Community Club, City of Clay Center, Clay Center Development Corporation and the Clay Center Community Foundation, Inc., work together for industrial development in the community.
Approximately four acres of land in and adjacent to the community are zoned for industry. The price of industrially zoned land ranges from $700 to $2,000 per acre.
